Donation Purpose

Support students pursuing post high school education and college level technician work within the automotive industry

• mechanics, bodywork, design or fabrication

Promote RCC’s involvement and awareness within the La Crosse area

Committee Mission

Instigate 2-3 $500.00 scholarships to be awarded through high schools and colleges utilizing an approved application process

Identify area schools that provide courses and curriculum centered on auto mechanics, body work, fabrication and design

Work with the RCC board and membership to secure funds for scholarship awards

Establish a scholarship fundraising process within RCC which is supported by club activities ie; Club Car Show, events and new raffle games

Next Steps

Contact school principles, curriculum directors to determine viability of scholarship program within their institution

Develop an application and process that meets the club and schools requirements

Create a fimeline for the completed process and presentation

Present information/update at Club meeting in June
